Screening Candidates

Our screening network is designed to filter out unqualified leads by specifying key indicators in all application materials to maximize search results.

This allows us to dig deeper into a more refined list of candidates that have the correct skills, credentials, and experience as per our quality standard policy.

Preliminary Interview

Then, we initiate the first contact with a set of soft questionnaires through a phone interview. Here, we ensure that each candidate is congruent with their profile inside our screening network system.

This gives us the opportunity to gage how authentic each candidate is, and allows us to sense how experienced and knowledgeable they sound within their respective field.

Initial Assessment

Once the preliminary interview has been completed, our technical recruiter will assess the candidate and determine whether or not they meet the requirements to undergo a technical assessment

At this stage, our technical recruiters then prepare a technical assessment for each candidate to validate their skillset, understanding of concepts, problem solving abilities and more.

Technical Assessment

The prospective candidate must undergo our technical assessment, similar to a test, which must be completed within a finite amount of time. This allows the candidate to demonstrate their technical capabilities and problem solving skills.

Once the assessment has been completed, our technical recruiters then review the results and select only the candidates that have successful achieved the desired results of the technical assessment.

Situational/Behavioral Interview

Candidates who successfully complete the technical assessment are then required to go through another interview (on-site or remote), where both a situational and behavioral interview is conducted.

This allows us to look beyond technical capabilities and ensure that each candidate is capable of workplace professionalism in any given situation or environment.

Network Onboarding

Candidates who successfully pass are then processed and onboarded to the Staff Lens Talent Network for quick and easy deplayoment.

Each candidate is thoroughly reviewed and rigorously vetted against our quality standards policy to ensure that only the most professional and competent individuals are selected for hiring.
